Two things of interest today. First, I got a haircut. Second, I went to see Job: The Hip-Hop Musical.

That's Job, as in the Bible. And hip as in the hop. It was, in a word, fantabulous. Not to give any misleading impressions, but how can you go wrong with rhymes like:

A'ight, his name is Job Lowe, he's got all that a man wants
But unlike most who boast, he's grateful for all that he flaunts
He's grateful for his wife, he don't taunt, he don't front
He's categorically respectful
like Immanuel Kant

If you happen to be in Seattle, you too can experience the wonder and the magic of MCs Cain and Abel. And also, later, if you happen to be in Minneapolis, they seem to be there in October. They somehow managed to perform two shows per day in both Seattle and Vancouver at once, which given the amount of energy that goes into the show is pretty damn impressive.

Also, I now have boy hair, instead of girl hair. The transition was surprisingly untraumatic.
