Roomate search take two.
Jun. 12th, 2009 04:19 pmSo remember way back when, in ancient days, when my roomates were going to buy a house and move out and I needed to replace them? Well this time they seem to mean business. Offers have been made and inspections are underway.
Thus I am looking for roomates, for August 1st most likely, though it could be moved up to mid-July, I believe. If you know or are your very self a potential roomate who is neither (completely) crazy nor (utterly) destitute and would like to live in beauteous Hipsterville (Ontario & 18th), please do let me know.
There are two (smallish) rooms available, ideal for two people (together or separate) or one profligate high-roller who likes to have an extra room to fill with piles of cash and/or priceless works of art. There is a very large living/dining room, and a decently-excellent kitchen. There is a lawn and garden (shared) with a wobbly picnic table. There is a hermit who hides in his room but sometimes cooks delicious things for you. Sometimes he will make conversation.
