But forget the 20s. Let us suppose hypothetically that I'd like to mine your back catalogue for a guest appearance in an annual Mistigris artpack. Would I be better advised to challenge you to come up with something new for me, or to beg permission to reprint material such as this? Historically it was the latter approach that was mostly employed(, except of course for the "beg permission" part.)
